STOTT PILATES® is a highly unique exercise system. New clients are encouraged to take advantage of the Introductory Package of 3 Private Sessions listed on the services page, or fill out the information request on the right. This allows clients the opportunity to be exposed to introductory concepts and exercises at a pace that is comfortable and geared specifically to them. Familiarity with these concepts, as well as with specialized equipment, is a must before entering a group scenario.
These introductory sessions typically give new clients a convincing glimpse of the many benefits of STOTT PILATES® and can help guide them in their decision as to their preference for future sessions, be it private training or a transition to a small group setting.
